Dear Friend –

We want to thank you, our Love Worth Finding family, for the outpouring of love and expressions of sympathy at the home-going of Dr. Rogers. Your response has been heart-warming, we have received over 7,500 tributes to Dr. Rogers and are receiving more each day.

As you, we all are grieved for the loss of our beloved friend, but we know the joy that must be going on in heaven right now! We pray that you will stand with us as we carry on with the message of Jesus as Dr. Rogers wanted.

We thank God for his blessings on Pastor Adrian Rogers' life - and the life of his family who supported him during his ministry...I know that God will comfort you each day as you walk through this difficult time...Ashia (a Cameroonian phrase that we use to say we're sorry for your loss and come alongside to share your pain) May God continue to be with you.

When I was first finding out what it meant to be a Christian back in 1996 I listened to Pastor Rogers on KKHT in Houston, Texas on my way to work. Being a cradle Catholic I thought I was ok, just spend some time in Purgatory when I die and then I will get in to Heaven. Well Pastor Rogers explained to me the real way to Heaven. Sometimes I thought he was yelling at me but he was just always excited for the Lord. I will always have a place in my heart for Pastor Rogers who helped me understand the Path to being a Christian. I will miss him but will look forward to meeting him in person one day! I do take joy in knowing he is DANCING on the streets of gold right now. Love.

I am from Palm Beach Florida. I want Pastor Roger's family to know that I gained many valuable insights from Pastor Rogers over the years. He explained the Bible in more detail than I have heard from many ministers. I will miss his teaching at present but acknowledge I will also be able to share a table with him in glory. We need to look up our redemption draweth nigh.

I was most impressed by Dr. Rodger's wisdom. He NEVER seemed narrow minded, yet he was able to stand by God's Word to the letter. This made me respect him greatly.

I'm from Mesa, AZ. I met Pastor Rogers in Phoenix when the SBC was in town. My husband was in charge of the prayer room for the convention and as a 'thank you' to him the AZSB took us to lunch in downtown Phoenix. I had gone to the restroom and when I came back there was Pastor Rogers standing at my chair speaking to the people at our table, when he realized this was my chair he very graciously pulled it out for me so that I could be seated. There are many who have let the ministry go to their "head", but not Pastor Rogers. He will be greatly missed and we look forward to the reunion of the saints. May God bless the family and friends-we will all miss this great man of God.

Dr. Rogers has been a blessing to my family for many years. I was raised to the messages by his ministry. My mother and father both found the love of The Lord by his teachings. I too must say that he had an impact on the path I have taken in my life in which I found Christ. We will miss him!

Deepest Sympathy during this difficult time. Your husband/father was an inspiration to many people. Wise in many ways, he will be missed for himself as well as the message of hope he brought to everyone. God Bless and strengthen you during this time and always.

Pastor Rogers was truly a man of God. I know the angels are rejoicing as one of God's children is at home for eternal resting and rejoicing. I pray for comfort to the Roger's Family and I know Pastor Rogers' would tell you all as he has over the years - do not be saddened, for he is walking on the streets of gold today. I will surely miss Pastor Rogers, but will continue to see his past recordings. May God be with each one of you.

Thanks for the opportunity to share my gratitude for Pastor Adrian Rogers and his ministry. I have seen him on TV several times but was most enriched by his morning teachings on Moody radio 6 a.m. as I made medical deliveries here in Ocala, Florida. Adrian means much to me and though I mourn his loss I celebrate his homecoming!! And I extend my sympathies to Joyce and his family.
